The book, COCAINE IS NOT A DISEASE: PART 2 - THE MANUAL, is an updated version of his first book COCAINE IS NOT A DISEASE which was written, published & copyrighted in 1989. Mr. Raulli's first book was based on his desire to rid his life of coke and the many problems it caused him.  Mr. Raulli has incorporated the cumulative experiences of a decade of work in this new book as well the seminar.
